I am an entertainer and I like to be entertained, and I LOVE to entertain. With that said, I don't have a playlist - I'm so open with my audience and I go strictly on feelings, on my intuition. That includes listening to my audience walking the floor of the club, looking around, and, yes, taking requests...9 times out of 10 requests work. It doesn't make you less of a DJ because you take requests, it makes you the dopest DJ because you just made someone super happy and now that's one more fan.
